Health Screenings
Throughout the year, we hold FREE health screenings at over 30 community centers, including senior centers, rehabilitation centers, YMCAs, schools and churches from East 55th Street to Lakewood. Screenings are beneficial because they help detect potential health problems. Screenings offered by Lutheran Hospital include:
- Cholesterol
- Blood Pressure
- Depression
- Osteoporosis
- Diabetes (A1C test)
- Prostate
- Vision
- Hearing
- Orthopaedic Screenings
Health Talks
We offer FREE one hour community talks/question and answer sessions on various health topics.
In addition, we have established a Drug Interaction Program where pharmacists spend several hours once per month in local community centers to discuss Drug Interactions.
