The Lutheran Hospital Laboratory has provided physicians and their patients screening and diagnostic testing for more than 50 years. Our laboratory is certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and approved by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). Our faculty includes a board-certified pathologist, certified medical technologists and medical laboratory technicians.
Our laboratory was among the first in the city of Cleveland to receive CAP accreditation, and has kept the accreditation continuously through rigorous bi-annual inspections.
