The Foot and Ankle Center provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for all types of foot and ankle disorders. This includes treating fractures and complications, such as mal-union (improperly healed) and non-union (resistant to healing) fractures; nerve problems, heel pain, corns, bunions, warts, hammer toes and diabetic foot problems.
Center physicians employ current techniques, including laser treatment to remove abnormal growths, such as warts. For injuries requiring rehabilitation, patients have direct access to specialty therapists who are trained and experienced in restoring foot and ankle function.
A conservative, nonsurgical, approach to treating all foot and ankle injuries is explored first. When surgery is required, patients are treated by board-certified Foot and Ankle Center physicians who are well experienced in performing both traditional and progressive surgical techniques.
