We also have created a guide to help you better understand our hospital charges, patient billing process and to answer some of the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding your bill.

 Medicaid and Social Services Support

Lutheran Hospital partners with MedAssist and Human Arc to assist patients through the process of applying for Medicaid and directing patients to other social services agencies for support and services.  If you have questions about how to apply for Medicaid or what social services support may be available for you, please click on one of the links to be connected with MedAssist or Human Arc (General Information) or Human Arc (Prescription Assistance) for additional information.

Online Bill Payment

Lutheran Hospital announces "Quick Pay" – a new online bill payment feature. Patients can now pay their Lutheran hospital bill online using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or electronic check through the MyAccount Web site.  Click here to go directly to Quick Pay.
