Lutheran Hospital strives to provide service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our patients. In order to assure that all of your needs are being met, a patient advocate is available in the hospital to assist you with any problems you may experience. In the event your expectations are not met or service is not as you anticipated, please feel free to contact our Patient Advocate who will assist you in resolving your concerns. By making us aware of your concerns, you are helping us to continuously improve the service we offer to our patients.
The Patient Advocate is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm at 216.363.2360.
